I've already submitted my order. What now?
Processing of orders will take 1-2 business days.
Each order is subject to product availability. We will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.
Once you placed an order through our website, you will be provided with an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted containing the summary of your order (invoice). If you do not see the email confirmation in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
All orders will be shipped the following business day after processing (this includes orders with expedited shipping). All orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed the following business day.
Important: We are currently unable to process orders on weekends and holidays. Since we're handling a limited inventory, all orders that are not paid within 2 days of ordering will immediately be cancelled.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do our best to fulfill every order as soon as they are sent, and because of this, we are unable to make changes to order details, including address, once it has been placed.
However, if you desperately need to change anything, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. We will exhaust every possible effort to accommodate changes BEFORE your order processes, but we do not guarantee anything.
Note: Once your order has been processed for shipping, or has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes at all.
When will my order arrive?
Please bear with us as we try our best to ship you your orders, but because of COVID-19, deliveries will be a bit delayed.
For you to track your package's movement, we are going to send you the receipt along with the tracking number.
Items are shipped from Mandaluyong and Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to drop off parcels at our preferred courier service in-person. For orders within Metro Manila, we ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays (fee depends on the location). As for orders within Visayas and Mindanao, kindly send us a message of your address so we could coordinate the shipping with LBC via online pick-up.
What are my payment options?
We accept the following payment methods:
We do not accept cheques, cash, or orders taken over the phone. Only one method of payment can be accepted per order.
Kindly email us proof of payment (could be a photo of the deposit slip or transaction record of BPI/Paypal/GCash) at email@example.com (with SUBJECT: INKA ATLETIKA PAYMENT -- YOUR FULL NAME).
What if my package was lost or stolen?
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the address. Also, once your package is already with the courier, we will no longer be responsible for any late shipments due to transit delays.
What if I receive incorrect/damaged orders?
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us within 24hrs upon delivery at email@example.com with SUBJECT: INKA ATLETIKA DAMAGED/INCORRECT -- FULL NAME). We ask that you send over photos 9should be well-lit and of high resolution) of the incorrect/damaged items for our reference.
Should you need to send back the product for exchange or return, please note that the garment should be unworn, unwashed, and complete with all the tags and packaging intact.

If I sign up for newsletter, what's in it for me?
Signing up for our newsletter will give you acces to receive email updates which may contain promotional codes for special discounts that can be applied to your order. To be able to take advantage of these discounts and promos, you must enter the code in the specified "Code" section and click "Apply."
Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
For hygienic purposes, we highly discourage any return or exchange, unless the item(s) are damaged upon arrival or incorrectly processed by us.
If I sign up as a member, what's in it for me?
Registering an account offers you a safe and fast way to order. You'll also be able to track your order and view purchase history. Being an inkaatletika.com member enables you to check your order status, review order history, and save your shipping information for a faster checkout. Additonally, you also have the option to sign up for our newsletter to receive news about special 'members-only' promotionss and discounts and future events at inkaatletika.com.
